Hi! i have the sims 4 and i  dont know how to download the toddler update . when i play i can make a baby but the baby cant come to the game and when i go out and in again it just says that the game couldnt load and then a error code.  How do i download it and how do i fix this bug? my friends have the toddler update and they just got it they dident have to dowload anithing.it has been so in 1 month now and my parents have tried to help but they dont know either. when im making my sims its not the toddler age are not there. ;(

Are you currently using any mods or CC in your game? 

My sim just had an infant that was sent home after giving birth and when my sim went home the error code shows up. I can no longer play the household because of this error please help me, thank you.

Unknown error code showed up after sim delivered a newborn- the child became invisible after the sim gave birth. Please help if this is a known issue and I just can't find an article about this specific problem.
