50/50 method not working?

Hello. My game wouldn’t open out of the blue. No update was performed. Was even playing the game earlier that day and for some reason when I went back to resume that household later on, my game got stuck on an endless loading screen. I was able to narrow the problem down to a specific folder that has over 17,000 files in it for my all my decor cc. Performed the 50/50 method splitting them apart and testing them out in game all the way down until there were none left and my game opened and worked fine each time. When I put all the files back into 1 folder together and tried to load the game, it got stuck on an endless loading screen AGAIN. Are they just not working together or is a file clashing with another? Can someone PLEASE HELP
