A mod for better hospital staff?

As the title says, is there an up-to-date mod for better hospital staff? What I'm looking for is something that makes the other staff do more than just hog the chemical analyzer, chat with patients, etc. I found one but I can't remember the creator and it was from 2019.

Any help is appreciated.

    That would be Better Hospital Staff by Simvasion. As far as I know, it’s still working with the current patch. I use it pretty frequently.
