Okey, lol now I know why they removed these cheat in a vanilla game.
Theoretical you find a new motherplant under ->bb.showhiddenobjects -> bb.showliveeditobjects but because you cant build in the secret lab (self with mods not possible if you visited the lot once) You only solution is to load an old save. I am sorry for your progress lose.
