Adeepingdigo health mod question

So I downloaded her health mod and ever since then I have had trouble getting my sims well. I have tried to contact her on patreon but not sure if she’s on there much. My sims can’t take the normal meds cause it won’t work to make them better. And they also can’t go to that doctor version cause it keeps saying that they dont have an undegioused illness. How long does a sim being sick normally last? Anybody know what might be causing my issue? I did Redownload it but that didn’t work (yes I deleted other files).

    Normally a Sim is sick for a few days. Have you tried orange juice to help cure them from sickness if none of the other options don't work? (Unfortunately this won't work for the simple living challenge in Cottage Living).
    Other than that I can only suggest trying out clearing out your cache in your downloads folder and making sure that the version you downloaded is up to date.
