Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have three sims in a household 2 Adult that have romance but are not in romantic relationship but have an extremely high romance meter) and a child sim (this is a guess idk)
What happens when the bug occurs? An adult sim proposes to a child via that (insert name) is proposing marriage pop-up
What do you expect to see? Adult sims should not be allowed to propose to child sims

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure (my guess is that it's a bug with lovestruck/relationships)
So for context I was playing the sims 4 minding my business when I get the (insert name) is proposing marriage pop-up. I assumed the sims was proposing to the other adult sim in the household so I said yes. Oddly enough only one of my two adult sims had the engaged moodlet so i was confused. after some investigating i figured out that my sim proposed to my other sims adopted child. I fixed the problem by having them break up but OMG this should not even be possible in the game. I don't have any picture of the initial pop-up mostly because I brushed it off but I do have screen shots of their profiles with broken engagement as evidence.
for some more context I wished for the child out of the romantic garden wishing well and I got a ghost child and brought him back to life (I don't know if that's important or not but I thought I should mention it)
