After the August 30 update, my custom content isnt working

My game automatically updated when the August 30th update came out, but now, none of the custom content I have downloaded works. It doesn't show up in CAS and the sims i had used the CC's on have had...

@3hxlaj7nllmd 

If you saved the game while the CC and mods were disabled the change is permanent. Once you have reenabled Mods/CC and verified that the CC you use works you will need to recover a previous save.
