Aged up with invisible head, only teeth.

Hello! So I had a sim of mine age up and there head is like invisible, and only the teeth are there. Obviously suspected bad CC or outdated mods but after doing the 50/50 I couldn’t find anything causing the issue. Turned off mods and still missing her head. I’ve tried the following:

cleared the localthumbcache and avatarcache files

50/50 of all mods and CC and updated mods

haven’t done a game repair yet as I’m nervous to do so. This is my legacy save and have worked years on it and survived two file corruptions. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
