Hi, I play Sims 4 on PC and yes I have mods but I don't use cc's for stoves, etc. I had them before and when I had them it wouldn't give me that 'script error' message. I stopped playing Sims 4 for a month for 2 and once I get back on it to check the house, the stoves are gone, desks, fridge, sinks and maybe more, it wouldn't let me place down any base items nor cc's. I tried updating MCC commander if that was the issue and it wasn't, I don't have any 'angry poop' mod that I seen people replying to those who have the similar problem as me. I completely do not know what to do, anyone who knows what might've caused this to happen or has solved the same issue can you help? my game version is 1.110.294.1020
@classicteaspill Update your 18+/adult mods
My game just did the most recent update and now I have no countertops or sofas in the whole gameplay across all worlds! they disappeared and now in build mode there are sofas and countertops there but when I go to place them the words " script call failed. " pop up and I can't place them at all. HELP I can't finish Grims challenge w/o countertops!!
@ImmySimmy Update your adult/18+ mods
Hi, so since the last update a lot of my sim’s furniture is not working. It started with the counters, they were all missing in all of my builds, and when I tried adding them again they would disappear and a message showed up saying the script failed. Now it’s happening with desks, sofas and so on. I honestly don’t know what it might be.
@startlestarfish Update your 18+/adult mods.
Im having the same issue too. I can’t feed my sims because they can’t cook without counters.
@startlestarfish See p. 1 for the solution post - update your adult/18+ mods
a lot of stuff is just missing from my house and when I go to build mode and click on something, everything just reappears. But then dissapears again when I let go. I don’t think I have vision content? A lot of the missing stuff says like “BlandCo”
