ALL Mods are being flagged as corrupted. Help please!!!

SO, I removed all of the gameplay mods out of my mods folder so the only thing that is in there are clothes, shoes, accessories, hair, furniture, etc. and its still saying my mods are corrupted. I've tried repairing the game, I've deleted and re-installed. I've done everything that I could think of
