All my houses and sims have deleted. My computer freezes when downloading

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me? I have had this problem for 2 weeks now and I've been trying to get in contact with EA and The Sims and I have had no help back. PROBLEM:  All my houses and sims...

How much space do you have on your hard drive?

I have quite a bit of space on my laptop. The only things I have is work saved.
