Sliders showing in game but not in mods folder

I have been trying to remove what I assumed is the Luumia Height Slider from my mods folder for a while now. But i can't find it for the life of me. It doesn't show up when I type the name of the file, even when I try to get a copy of the mod to see if it is in the mods folder my pc doesn't count it as a copy and assumes it doesn't exist in my mods folder. 

I used sims 4 tray importer, nothing.

Sims 4 mods manager, nothing.

I have exhausted my resources. 

Help? Would there be a reason something would show up in game but not in the mods folder?
