Ancient Omiscan Artifacts not showing up as collected in inventory

For some reason when my sim authenticates a new artifact, it doesn't show up in the collection as collected. Some of the artifacts are from the archeological association, I'm not sure if that is why....

@madalaineporter   Does the artifacts belong to the sim or is the sim authenticating for another sim?

    Some of the artifacts she found on her own and some were sent to her by the archeological association
