Any mod for shorter upgrade time for the rocket?

Hi, I'm ok with building time but the upgrading time is wasting sim's life, especially when sim's rocket science skill is already maxed out. or Is there a mod for asking for help to other sims while upgrading like building a rocket? There's no option for asking for help with upgrades. Thanks for all helps. :)
