Gibbi Point is just a white screen

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• Is this the first time you're trying to load the map ?
• If it's not the first time, did you build any r-rentals in the world ?

Hello! Yes playing with mods/cc and have removed the entire folder for both just mods and then the entire sims 4 folder for a fresh start. I also repaired the game with no change. This would be the first time trying to open the map ):  

yes! i just started a new game and made a random sim and tried to move them into gibbi point and still just a white screen. im going to clear everything, remove the entire folder see what the issue is. wondering if maybe i need to clear out the entire cache from EA (which i havent done). My EA app does crash everytime i exit the game when clicking on GP and i send the crash report everytime. if i exit sims without going to GP it does not crash resulting in a report..

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP AND TALKING ME THROUGH THIS! I took out TOOL and cleared all the cache from the sims folder AND cleared (restored) the EA app and now I can access gibbi point! Wondering if maybe I had some bad/weird files in the EA cache (i did have a corrupted save from the september patch sadly but never cleared anything besides deleting that save) and clearing that along with taking out an "issue" mod just kicked it over to start working (: I wouldve never got through this without your help by starting with basics and talking it out of "what can we clear out.." 

Ok, so I have exactly the same issue except I have done all of the above mentioned steps in an attempt to resolve the problem but Gibbi point map is still white and won't load.

THE CAUSE: I literally started getting white screen on Gibbi point map right after installing the TOOL mod. All other maps are fine, but I don't have played households there. 

ACTIONS TAKEN: 1) deleted TOOL mod, cleared all cache and exception files, repaired the game through the EA app; 2) just as a precaution removed all mods and tried to run the game and load the map without them; 3) loaded an older save of an entirely different game (different family created back in the summer / early autumn); 4) started a new game (new sim).

ISSUE STATUS: issue still persists after trying everything I can think of.

Could someone please help me? I have no idea how to fix this.

PS. this is the first time I am posting because I haven't yet had any issues that I couldn't resolve after reading the forums and / or using my general knowledge.
