Any mods to expand the business options beyond retail and restaurant?

As cool as GTW is, having only retail or restaurant available for business owners is boring. What about hotels, bowling alleys, clubs, etc.? Are there any mods that give you more types of businesses?

In response to needing more buy-able venues LittleMsSam does not keep the More Buy-able Venues mod updated and error free; she spends all of her time on "small mods" that are of much lesser importance. A far cry from creator Turbodriver that's for sure!
