Any mods to expand the business options beyond retail and restaurant?

As cool as GTW is, having only retail or restaurant available for business owners is boring. What about hotels, bowling alleys, clubs, etc.? Are there any mods that give you more types of businesses?

a) This is on old thread that you've resurrected for no purpose other than to bash the modder.
b) More Buyable Venues was updated less than two weeks ago, for the Discover University patch.
