@dollarbill88 You really need to ask Sintiklia since they are active in Sims 4 if they can do a conversion, I don't see where one has been done for that particular hair. This is her Tumblr. Alternately, have you seen Kijiko's work?

I tried to search their sims 4 profile but with no luck :disappointed: do you know where I can find the sims 4 profile? @Bananas_45

@dollarbill88 Sintiklia's Sims 4 items are available both on her TSR page and her Tumblr. I just took a quick look at her Tumblr FAQ and it looks like unfortunately she will not be converting Mike to TS4 as it needs re-meshing

I haven't looked into what's in the forum for it, but the title sounds good, and S4S is home to a LOT of gifted creators. Surely someone there wouldn't mind giving Blender a meshing workout. You won't lose anything by asking, right? :)
