I'd been playing quite a bit with a few mods and CC and decided to buy 3 packs. After that, my CC wouldn't work. I reallowed them, still nothing. I went as far as deleting and reinstalling everything in my mods folder. Anything I've found online relating to my issue only mentioned doing those two things, so I'm not sure what to do now.
