Fixed. Lol it took me HOURS to go through finding default / non-default eyes (marked as default) and deleting them just for this to be the actual issue. You would think that MCCC would put "face paint" under "makeup" since none of the other makeup is separated like this, or at least make a specific note about this. Thanks so much for your help!
@Malirob Glad to hear that it's working now. Meanwhile there are more than 1000 settings, commands and cheats in MCCC. It's also hard for me to remember all of them.
