No family tree

split out your post as it sounds a bit different.

Does nothing show up when you click on family tree or is it just empty ?

Any mods/cc in your game ?

Nothing shows up when click on family tree just see mother father and children. 

I do but they are broken but when seperated not broken atm. 

Alaska5562​ Please try this test: Rename the Mods folder, delete the file called localthumbcache, and try again. You should exit without saving. Please also not who you should see in your save based on what other Sims are alive or very recently dead in that family.

Right now my save I can’t tell because I used so many cheat to make my sims perfect I can’t tell what can be deleted what not what should I rename the mod folder to be. I have being deleted last expectation and localthumbcache but it didn’t work 

It is empty when I click on family tree. I have mods and cc but currently brokencrinrict​ 

Alaska5562​ It doesn't matter what you rename your Mods folder to! Just make it something different so the game makes a new empty one.

The reason I told not to use "Save" before you exit when testing is so that none of your mod-related or CC-related changes in your save get deleted from it.

You DO have to do this test to find out if your problem is with mods. You can also look at the pinned Broken and Updated Mods and CC thread for mods to delete because they're broken or to get the updated version of.

I stop using save when testing but now when everything is fixed and I play the new game restarted the game isn’t saving too.
