ash harjo missing cas items?

have no clue if this is a bug or what, but for some reason ash harjo is the only sim in my game who is missing items in cas, including both cc and official items. i wanted to look at their pride nails and i noticed that like most of the nail polish options are missing. same thing happening with other clothing categories, too. some stuff that should be there, even stuff in the base game, just isn't. 

my mods and game are all updated, and the items show up when looking at different sims. i don't know what it is about ash harjo that just really doesn't want me to paint their nails. when i go to a sim in the same household as ash, all the items show up just fine. i tried changing their gender preferences to match ash's and the stuff shows up fine there too.

overall really weird. seems like a bug unless i'm just really missing something big. in that case, oops.

hope there's a solution cuz i'm doing some makeovers of some of the townie teens since i'm playing through the new pack. files attached of the issue
