@29yeux Please move your mods folder to the desktop, delete Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > localthumbcache, repair your game and then try again on a backup of your save to see of you can duplicate the issue on a game with no mods.
Hello! I removed all my mods from the game and the bar was showing up 🙂 I will have to find it which one is messing my game up. Thank you for your help!!!

Start at Broken/Updated Mods & CC. And see the section in How to Use Mods and CC on how to test your Mods folder.
