@Lord_Xcite For checking your MCCC settings, "move" settings for moving out Elders and single Sims are in the Population menu. That's also where you need to check that you don't have Bypass Played Sims checked "yes". Alternatively make those households no longer marked "Played".
For relationships, those are in the Pregnancy module. You'll want to check your "Bypass" settings there, too.
