Bag on Butler's Head

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.82.99.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Butler has a bag on her head
What happens when the bug occurs? Everyone that works in the homes of my sims have a bag on their heads.
What do you expect to see? The butler has a bag on her head
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

@dew54 Do you have the NAP active that makes them do that ? Not sure what it's called. If so, then it's not a bug.

If not, please test without mods installed.

@dew54 If it's a NAP like crinrict suggested, it'll be called "We wear Bags". You can easily test by turning testingcheats on and then shift-click the mailbox. You should see an option to instantly repeal NAPs and then you'll get a list of the current NAPs and you can just click on the bag one if you see it there to get rid of it.
