Baking missing from game

Hello! I purchased a new set of sims. New PC, new account, new basegame, dlc, the whole shebang. I have run into an issue where I can't find skills related to any of the dlc I have, such as Baking....

    @aRagingAlex 

    What you are looking for is the cooking skill. There are no separate baking skill. You find baking recipes under cook and gourmet cooking. 

    What other skills do you think are missing?

I have also noticed it isn't within the Likes and Dislikes in create-a-sim.
