My sims won't move and Better exceptions keeps giving me contraints.py

im getting the same problem however mines saying that C:\Python37\Visitors_Not_Spawning_in_Front_of_Venues_Walk_Version.py is the problem but I don't know how to fix it

Constraint.py error reports sometimes include information in them about an object that Sims are not being able to reach, in which case your solution is to move or delete that object. Sometimes they show up in illegitimate copies of the game, which obviously aren't supported here.
