@Jazzy92211 @kaitem25 You will get that green notice when placing any item in your game that used MOO, at all, when it was built. That notice does not indicate that MOO has been enabled and is now enabled in your game or lot, but rather that everything that was placed in the lot will stick where placed, as it you had enabled MOO in order to place your lot. The notice is also trying to let you know that because items were placed using MOO, there is a chance that issues will be present if they were not properly play-tested to make sure all areas are useable, etc., after using MOO to place things. Also, certain debug items placed by a builder may be removed when placed because they were not items that will remain on a lot. For instance, some items in debug are part of an animation for a task, such as cooking, and some of those will not remain if you placed them from debug. Any items that are from a pack you don't own will also be removed.
Testing cheats does not need to be enabled to use MOO. It is a separate thing. There are directions with screenshots at this page on enabling MOO, enlarging, raising and lowering, alt-placing objects, rotating, etc., if you find that helpful.
Move objects will need to be re-enabled when you enter or leave a lot. In the cheats panel you enter bb.moveobjects OR bb.moveobjects on then press enter to turn it on, and you should see a message below that states "Move Objects cheat is ON". If you then enter bb.moveobjects (for a second time) OR bb.moveobjects off then press enter, you should see a message below that states "Move Objects cheat is OFF".

Can I please make an example/suggestion? Since I'm not sure how many packs you own, I am wondering if you would be able try something. I have a lot that I made using only basegame items (no packs). It is available in the gallery under my name and is named "BaseGame $18.5K Starter". I just placed this lot in my game by going to the World Map View, choosing the lot from my library, and placing it on a 30x20 lot in Newcrest. While the game is placing the lot you should see this screen:
Once the lot completed the placement, I got this message both in the World Map View...
...and when I enter the lot I also see the message:
Is this message different or the same from the message you see in your game? If you download this lot from the gallery and place it in your game, do you see a different message? The message does not remain long, but if you could grab a screenshot of the message you see in your game if it's different and share it here so we can read it, that would be super helpful. There is some information on taking screenshots if you haven't done this on this page.
- 4 years ago@SheriGR oh yeah. that's what i received. i am not currently in the game now, so i can't attach the screenshot at the moment. but that is exactly the notifications i keep receiving, thank you. is there any solutions to this? or is it merely a notification that tells me that move objects cheats was used during the building of this lot? and that some items "might" be missing?

@Jazzy92211 Yes, that (below) is the normal notice you see if the builder of the lot had MOO active while placing even one item on the lot. It's actually a hugely helpful update to the game for builders, and for those that like to download lots or rooms from the gallery to be placed in their own game. It serves several purposes:
- It lets you know that the builder of the lot had MOO active while placing even one item on the lot.
- It gives you a heads-up that since this was the case, it's possible, if the builder did not sufficiently play test the lot to make sure all items alt-placed or MOO-placed did not interfere with Sims accessing that item or other items in the area, there could be issues in gameplay.
- This does not mean that MOO is active on your lot after placing the item. MOO will only be active on the lot if you activate it separately.
- The majority of that notice is explaining how to use MOO if you want to do so in your game, which has nothing to do with the download you just made. It just explains what the cheat is and how to activate it or deactivate it.
- Therefore, normally the only reason items should be removed when the lot is placed, whether or not the builder used MOO while making the home, should be if the builder used custom content you don't have or packs/content that you don't own. For instance, if I stuck a yoga mat on the living room floor in the home and you don't have the 'Spa Day' pack, the yoga mat will be removed when the lot is placed in your game. If you are seeing an additional notice that says items have been removed, it will be for a reason like this.
The notice doesn't say that items may be missing, it says that they may not be accessible (for the reasons I just stated above). See a larger/legible image of the notice below:
