beautiful African American hair

Thanks for the links! I'm not black, but I do enjoy making my Sims diverse and I agree with the fact that "afro" hair in the game looks pretty bad. I don't know if someone has mentioned them, but RedheadSims has some pretty good hairstyle for females :)

I don't quite remember but redheadsims' CC is SO BEAUTIFUL, please support them they have the most amazing hair of all varieties and textures and do conversions to kids and toddlers as well which you don't often find and they're so good <3 (https://redheadsims-cc.blogspot.com)

If you're looking for maxis match, definitely check out leeleesims1 and shespeakssimlish. If I'm not mistaken both simmers are black and make wonderful afro-textured cc.

I like the outfits at Sims Culture Nation. But the hair texture leaves much to be desired.
