Best place for free hair, clothes, eyelashes, etc. you think someone should go for CC?

Tumblr is a very good place to start for content as a lot of creators are there. Some people like to do TSR, but the website has so much ads on it and a wait time of 10 seconds. (Can be taken care of if you have adblockers and such). Here's a couple of my favorite places for CC. (Mostly Maxis match.)

For eyelashes many use Kijiko eyelashes http://kijiko-catfood.com/3d-lashes/
