Better Exception Report Tmex-AlwaysMOO

Ever since I got BE report about this mod I deleted this. I removed localcache and even started new Mods folder but I keep getting this same report whenever I try to load a household. The game closes and report comes up. I don't know what to do anymore. I checked like hundreds of times for this mod.

@Bisquitssss When you make a new Mods folder, is the game then showing no mods at all when you load into it? An empty Mods folder won't be able to produce a BE report.
