Blank Apartment Unit Menu

For the past week, I've been dealing with being unable to see all of the units while in build/buy for a six unit apartment. For the unit menu, it just shows one unit with the name blank, everything blank (even though I had put the number of bedrooms and bathrooms prior before this issue) and it won't pull up the other units in the menu. I feel as if I've tried everything, repaired, uninstalled, updated mods, and nothing is changing it. I am hoping that the issue is within the dxdiag file.
