Blender HELP! (Making Poses)

Question

Hi everyone. This is my first attempt at making poses. I followed youtube tutorials and have no knowledge in this area so sorry if this question seems basic.

For some reason (aka I don't know what I did), blender registered 2 poses in one, making an awkward animation. I want to delete one of the poses and preserve the other but I don't know how.

Here's the pose I want to preserve: (holding hands)

Stuff I tried that didn't work:

1. Clear transformation -> All
2. Ctrl A + W key, then chose 'Clear all user transformation.

Nothing happened.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Sorry for huge screenies!

Try deleting the second keyframe? https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/latest/animation/keyframes/editing.html
Having trouble finding info on the keyframes, hmmm.

Edit: So I'm testing it in Blender, that window you have open on the left allows you to delete stuff. Find the one connected to him with the chillin' pose, click on it, go to Key dropdown menu right under the window (next to Dope Sheet), and then select Delete Keyframes and it should take care of it. You may need to do a lot of digging.

@MizoreYukii  It worked! Thank you! So keyframes are those yellow peaks. I do need to do a lot of digging :)
