Unable to play with my sim(s)/ or household
I recently downloaded mods & cc to my pc, and they all worked perfectly fine the other day. However today when i tried to play, my household that I created was all deleted! I double checked my mod folder to ensure everything was installed n no lags, so I'm not sure what am i doing wrong. Secondly, whenever I made a new house/hold (since everything was erased even after i saved it) I still was sent to the world map and unable to access any households. Anyone know how to fix this?
Broken UI mod(s), but I can't figure out which.
This issue began last week. The game suddenly started bugging out, and BE says it's a broken UI mod, but won't tell me which one. And now I can't edit my Sims! I removed every new mod and CC item I'd installed between then and the last play session I had with the issue, but NOTHING fixes it!Blue box in lower left hand corner and not being able to play households.
whenever I go to load into a sim family it takes me to the loading screen only to bring me back to the worlds management with a blue flickering box around the area where the sims would be. And near that box baby bottles that say x8 appear and the lot no longer has a sim in it. I have tried this again with the same family and after the secound time of doing it, it completely deleted my sims and brought me back to world management with the blue box in the lower left corner. CAS GENETIC BUG
hey so I don't know if this issue has been addressed or not. I didn't see it in the list, but when I make a sim and add face cc and face scars and things and move on to the next sims, it removes the cc from the sims, and I have to add it all back over again. And this bug has been happening for a while, and just started back doing it.
Bugged or corrupted cc?
Two of my sims kids have had these weird black bars/glitchy patches on their faces and bodies ever since they were infants and i don't know how to remove them. It doesn't show up in CAS, and i don't think it's corrupted CC because other sims have the same CC and look normal in open world. Reloading the game doesn't help and i don't know what to do, i don't want them to look like this forever 😭 I'm hoping it goes away once they're adults, but it if doesn't, how do i fix it?Cc not showing up in game
Hey guys, I'm having trouble in the game. My cc in build-and-buy are not showing in game and also some of the clothes. I have cc enable in gameplay and also repaired and restarted my laptop but no luck. I double checked to make sure i put it in the right folder and i did. I have no idea if this is caused by some kind of CC or mod i've downloaded, but i haven't installed anything related to the paranormal stuff pack, so i don't see how it could be. A few days ago whilst playing, i was in CAS and noticed a pair of shoes that had a broken thumbnail. When i clicked them, they appeared on my sim the same way broken CC would, with a broken texture. I then noticed they were from the paranormal stuff pack. When in build buy, all the paranormal items were appearing in their thumbnails as white boxes with an X over them. Current day, when i boot up the game, it says i have the pack installed, but when i click to load my saves, it says they require that pack, which is confusing me. I've deleted and reinstalled it and updated all the mods i could find requiring updates, but nothing's happened. The strangest part is, is when i used the "Repair game" feature in the EA app, it broke when trying to repair the paranormal stuff pack. The loading bar jumped up an down and didn't get past 50% before giving me a popup saying something had went wrong and to restart the app and try again or contact support. Of course i tried to restart the app, but the same thing happened. What could be causing this and what could i do to fix it? Could a mesh or piece of CC have broken this specific pack for some reason?New update/ Broken Lashes
First time logging back on since the february updates, I had to update a few mods and i was good to go but then I encountered an issue i couldn’t figure out. I’m having problems getting my lash cc to function correctly. I’ve tried removing overlay to see if that was the issue, tried the normal lash category and the skin detail category, still not working. And i can’t help but think i have to wait it out because I don’t see a lot of creators updating their cc or coming out with cc for this new update that works. I seem to have this issue every time there’s a new update.
