Blue Floor Problem
Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.93.146.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Just base game and free stuff they give out.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not exactly sure. Been about 2 years since I last played and I built a house for my GF. The screenshots provided are in the house and ONLY in that specific spot. I had to do some really dumb stuff to get my roof to fit correctly on the house - wondering if that has to do with something. The "rooms" are all a disjointed mess, not clear cut.
What happens when the bug occurs? Certain titles of the same color have a blue overtone no matter what I do.
What do you expect to see? Not Blue Floors!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Ok. Dled the lot. Found a fix. Just have to drag a wall to make the tile match the rest in the room. See my pic below for which arrow you need to grab. It's the one circled.
This pic is the after shot to show the color changed to match.
I thought you might be missing ceilings and that was causing the problem as it's a lighting issue. But, nope, even though the ceilings are missing in a lot of places throughout the build, that wasn't it. I'm not sure why that section of floor tile is not matching though. Probably has something to do with the combination of the platform and round wall sections you've used but I really don't know for sure.
Anyway, just drag that wall section to the door and it should fix it in your game as it did in mine.
Hope this helps.
