Fashion Authority Nails problem

Hi, like I said I don't have discord and would prefer to not go there. Is there any way I can ask for support like a Lot51 forum maybe?

My workaround of re-creating the thread worked only temporarily :( sadly the next time I visited the Magic Realm the nails are back which is annoying.
