Hi @meggyreap This is likely to be caused by CC or a mod. One possibility (of many) is the MCCC's Appearance template is overriding; you can set that to "manual" or remove the CAS module entirely if you don't use it for other things.
If it doesn't turn out to be that, the next thing I'd be suspect of is older body presets, before 2022, and any sliders before March 2023. Try removing those (and deleting localthumbcache). And, of course, anything you added recently.
Beyond that, you might need to try removing other items by category. If you find a category where the problem goes away, you could add items from that category back in gradually.
If you manage to identify a culprit or class of them, I'm always interested to know what it is!
