Body Sliders gone in Base Game

@EndOfPatience Do you not have them in CAS when you make a new Sim or just when you edit a Sim ? For the sliders to appear when you edit a Sim, you'll need to use the fulleditmode cheat or they won't show up.

Is it a one-time only thing then? Yes I still get the sliders if I go to make a new sim.
My female sim was a pre-made one that joined the household, and when I went to edit outfits, the sliders were there; I twiddled them to see the effect but left them more or less where they'd been to start with. Now I wish I'd adjusted them a bit more carefully!
Does using the cheat to access this functionality adversely affect the stability of the game? It's annoying enough to have to re-load now and again because of stuck wants...
I am curious as to why I can't feed them up in size though. Maybe I just wasn't ruthless enough in making them binge eat!

  @EndOfPatience The cheat should be safe. Change the age can be a bit fickle if you do that but just changing the body type shouldn't cause instabilities.
  
  You should be able to influence the body weight and muscles through game play though but it can take awhile.
