bottom bar disappearing after going into build mode

Every time i go into build mode or go to a new plot, the bottom bar completely disappears, my sims still move around, but i cant see their moods or pause/unpause the game? Ive taken out all my mods a...

@Cookieswirl23 If you didn't also delete localthumbcache, you will still have UI issues from mods you removed. Check Broken/Updated Mods & CC for mods updated for 1.109. You most likely need the new version of UI Cheats Extension, but it could be one of the other UI mods also updated for this patch.
