Newly Broken/Obsolete Game Mods and Tools

All mods listed broken either are reported broken by the creator or are tested by me or a trusted tester, unless otherwise noted. See also: the separate Previously Broken list, and (below) Updated Mods and Tools and broken and updated CC lists. 

MALWARE ALERTS There has been an uptick in "bad actors" targeting Sims 4 mod and CC users, especially of 18+ content, with malware. Install TwistedMexi’s ModGuard in your Mods folder if you use you use any CC or mods at all, even just hair. Follow the Malware thread for notifications. Do NOT remove ModGuard just to use a different mod! That just opens you to the malware targeting the download-happy Sims community.

Broken Mods and Tools

NOTE: All mods/CC listed broken are tested by me or a trusted tester, or are reported by the creator; KEY: LE = “lastexception” file, indicating an error. 

Do NOT remove ModGuard in order to use ModGuard-triggering mods. Don't leave yourself open to truly malicious mods.

• BosseladyTV – Bowling Date Activity – blocks Royalty & Legacy, Adventure Awaits lot types from Lovestruck custom dates
• JaneSimsten – Blacksmith Career (part of Blacksmith Skill mod) – no paid time off; crafting does not tick off as a work task
• maplebell (UNL) – Family Expectations – repeated tuning error in many areas of the mod, likely to cause it to not work as expected
• missbabyblue2u (mbb) – Autumn and Fall Nails – visually breaks hands
• WightSpider07 [WS] – Teeths Default – newly generated non-Vampire YA-Elder NPCs have Vampire teeth

Obsolete and Unsupported Mods

Obsolete mods are (mostly) bugfixes that are no longer needed; REMOVE OBSOLETE MODS. Obsolete mods are sometimes broken (but untested for how). Unsupported mods are either being no longer supported by their creator or have been replaced by a newer mod. See Previously Broken mods and CC  for mods reported obsolete/unsupported for previous patches.

NOTE: There’s a new reason that mods available only on Patreon might become “Unsupported”: If creators don’t log in for 180 days (that’s half a year!), their pages get unpublished by Patreon. I’ll be listing that as “unpublished from Patreon (possibly due to creator inactivity)”. I’ll be going through my notes to hunt these down.
