broken copperdale lots?

hi, i've been having an issue with my game even without mods and cc. i was working on a house yesterday after taking it from the gallery and replacing the house that had been in the lot before it. i saved correctly and closed my game but today, when i tried to open the house, it loaded the replaced house instead of the gallery one. i restarted my game multiple times and the problem persisted. i tried visiting it with an active sim, but whenever i did, my sim would register as being there but i would be kicked back to the manage worlds screen. i can't play the sim without getting kicked back to the manage worlds screen either. i did the same thing again with another house in the same world by getting my sim to visit it, and the same thing happened. it kicked me back to the manage worlds screen. if i try to build on the lot without an active household, it reverts back to the house i had replaced. i've tried repairing my game files. it only happens with lots i replaced yesterday (all copperdale lots), not ones that have been replaced for at least a few weeks. all of this happens regardless of if i have mods installed. is this a known issue?
