I've tried clicking on it and stuff pulls up, but I can't end any events. Had a birthday party scheduled and something messed up so I was going to cancel it and make a new one. But I can't end the event. I try clicking on the other event things that look like they're there. They pull up the same screen. Other than one or two. Which both pull up the check up thing for the Vet career, which I also can't do anything with.
i don't know if anyone here has the same problem as I have, but for some reason, ever since the new update got out, whenever I play my saved games, when I talk to a sim and try to build a relationship IT DOES NOT show the effects (both positive and negative); it only shows an empty bar and for some reason, despite me not using any romantic interactions, also has an empty romantic relationship bar.
and im not sure if it's because of a mod that i downloaded thru Curse Forge but whatever it is, this bug is starting to annoy me. how do I even deal with this?!
Update as of August 16: The Manage household section is (almost) completely broken despite it functioning unusually well. Is no one gonna fix it? Should I just uninstall and reinstall the game completely?!

Since the update I haven’t been able to play the game. Before it was just my ui that was messed up and the load game and resume button were all gone. Now when I try to play the game will load like it usually does but when it is about to load the main menu screen the entire screen goes white but I can still hear the music playing in the background.
After the update to the 1.108.289.1030 version (PC) was installed, the game UI got funny.
There is an UI bug in which the swatch panel has a beautiful green pixelated 'X' as well as question marks over each swatch.
Also, the drop down menus got greener, and if that is a feature, I'm ok with that; it just doesn't go well together. BUT! The exit button felt it doesn't belong there anymore.
Apart from that, the game got a bit more mean on the sims and also on us.
