New cc not appearing in game

Hello, so after this May 12th update I downloaded some new cc(skin overlays,hairs) and before this I had never experienced anything like this. At startup all cc downloaded prior to this update showed up but new cc didn't. I tried deleting it, then downloading it again(new cc), used mod manager, repaired the game, did everything I could think of and it still wouldn't show up. I would be thankful if anyone has some kind of an idea how to fix it :)
