I read through some of the threads on their website and figured it out. Once downloaded, open it up and click tools at the top of the screen. From there, click onto batch fixes - objects - fix beds for cats and dogs patch. Click run. It will then fix them for you and they should work. It was my first time using it today and it turns out a lot of my CC needed fixing which I fixed using the other batch fixes. :)
