Broken top-left UI after patch 1.111

I can't even play for 2 minutes after today's update! Any suggestions?? Thank you. [Luth: renamed for visibility]

I cant do the cozy celebrations event, I cant open the event bar. This is what it looks like, does it in both new save and existing save
