Missing library

I have been an advent sims gamer for 20+ years and even with all the backlash, I’ve still stayed loyal. That ended today. I’ve been trying to play in offline mode because of all these bugs the newest update created (mods and no mods alike) until Monday, I was forced to update in order to play the game I paid for… now I at first was impressed by the updates and fixes, until upon discovery I noticed all of my library saved content that included CC was gone. 
I attempted to remove my mods and cc folder to at least see if it would generate again and nope. Nothing. I even started with a fresh sims 4 folder. Still nothing.

I paid for a functioning library. Please provide the service I paid for.
