I tested it again just to be 100% sure.
With the iBot mod alone in my mods folder the game crashes when I try to load any lot in any save. I don't think it's my game's fault because the same saves and same lots work just fine if I remove the iBot mod.
About TOOL, I'm pretty sure I also tested that without other mods and more than one times and it was the same. I headed over TwistedMexi's site to download the mod again and try it out, now it works, but I noticed that he added:
"Edit: If you were having issues with the mod not loading before, please delete and get a clean download of the ts4script and package file. Thanks."
I don't think that was there before (was it?) so maybe there really was an issue and he fixed it.
