BUG ISSUE: Plant Sim not possible

I've tried eating the forbidden fruit, I've tried doing the testing cheat, and nope. My Sim will not become a plant Sim, so can't do the Plant-A-Sim challenge. This has happened today (16th) after the new updates.

EDIT TO ADD: I don't have any CCs or Mods.
