Bug with my teens

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know
What happens when the bug occurs? When I play with teens (the bug occurred before purchasing High School), when they either invite other sims to come over or when they go together to another lot PNJs and the teens stay still, and I cannot control them or move them. I tried to bring another adult sim when this occurs, and the adult sim is the only one not affected, and I can still control them. I also tried multiple times to turn off the game and open it again. But same thing. And it also happens with every household.
What do you expect to see? I just want to be able to play normally and be able to interact with my sims, without the game being completely crashed.

When this happens, I try to bring another adult sim, and the adult sim is the only one who is not affected, and I can still control them.
I also tried multiple times to turn off the game and open it again. But same thing.
And it also happens with every household.
