Build buy mode glitching

since the last update, build buy is glitching. i’ll go to place or delete things, it’ll make the noise, and then take anywhere from 10-15 seconds to show up. or it’ll delete three objects then glitch. not sure which mod or cc is causing this, and really do not want to 50/50 my files considering i have quite a few. any idea which mod is causing it?

fieldsmh1 Have you tested with an empty Mods folder? Rename the Mods folder, delete the localthumbcache folder, and try again. If that still doesn't work, try a game repair.
